Terms of Service

Last updated: September 11, 2026

These Terms govern the use of yt-manager, a desktop application that runs on your own computer. By using yt-manager you accept these Terms.

1. YouTube Terms of Service

yt-manager uses YouTube API Services. By using yt-manager you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Your use of YouTube through yt-manager is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy and to yt-manager's Privacy Policy.

2. What yt-manager does

yt-manager lets you connect and manage multiple YouTube channels, upload videos, choose titles, descriptions, visibility (scheduled, public, unlisted or private), and specify whether the video is made for kids. Scheduled videos are placed in organized time slots. Nothing is uploaded unless you explicitly press "Subir a YouTube" (Upload to YouTube).

3. Your content and your channels

4. Access and revocation

You can disconnect your channels at any time from yt-manager, or revoke yt-manager's access from the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

5. No warranty

yt-manager is provided free of charge, "as is" and without warranties of any kind. Scheduling, uploads, and other features depend on YouTube and Google services, which may change or be unavailable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of yt-manager is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, yt-manager, including lost content, lost revenue, or actions taken by YouTube on your channels.

7. Not affiliated with YouTube

yt-manager is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
